Personall Development is all about creating opportunities which develop childrens' potential, build human capital, in the long term facilitate employability,enhance the quality of life and facilitate the realisation of dreams and aspirations.
At Lyndhurst we have looked together carefully at our offer, as a team, to ensure that it is driven by our school vision, our values and a clear focus on Building Learning Powers in the children.
We have incorporated into this programme The 7 Musts of Focus Trust, the Lyndhurst Musts ( skills and experiences that progress through from Nursery up to Y6) and all other opportunities that our school community provides.
Through this carefully constructed programme we aim to encourage in our children a mindset of growth and learning and develop them mentally, socially, spiritually, emotionally and physically. Our offer aims to enable them to expand their knowledge , develop new skills and explore their potential. We aim to challenge them to step outside their comfort zone and to open doors to new experiences and opportunities.
